Christmas card exchange

Description of the project:  Teachers and students prepare an envelope with holiday cards to send to the other participants between October - December. Each school will be placed in a group with approximately seven other schools and will prepare either handmade or purchased cards (decorations may be included) to send to each of the other schools.

Contributions: Help students understand more about other countries' culture    and traditions.

Outcomes: Each classroom will receive an envelope with cards from a number of different countries and will be able to make an exhibition to show their school community. Students will learn about holiday traditions in other countries.
